Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can place an order via any of the following:

Online: M-Thingz is pleased to offer fast and secure online ordering. Simply search for your product, choose from the dropdown menu, and click add to cart. You can create a login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.

What information do I need to provide for an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:

1.      Name – First and Last.
2.      Your shipping and billing addresses
3.      Phone number – in case we need to contact you quickly in regards to your order.
4.      Email address – for order confirmation and invoice.
5.      Payment method – please provide a credit card number or you can process payment on a PayPal account complete your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is Free to your chosen destination.

Please note any customs duty owed on the product, is to be paid locally by the customer at the time of collection and is the customer’s responsibility.

Can I use my own FedEx account number for shipping?

Yes. Note, you will still be charged our $15 handling fee.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card, or PayPal payment.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

What currency are your prices?

All prices are quoted in USD.

Can I get a discount?

What are your payment terms?

Payment required on completion of order.

What if product is not in stock?

We strive to maintain sufficient inventory to meet your needs. In the rare case that a product is out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order. We will then do everything we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled within 30 days. You will not be charged until your order has shipped.

How will I know if my order has been received?

If you have submitted an online order, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing and completing your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please cancel on the online tool or email sales@mthingz.com Within 24 hours.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All in-stock orders received by 1pm PST Monday to Thursday will be shipped out within 24 Hours. Orders received after 12pm PST Monday to Wednesday, will be shipped out the following day. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday, will be shipped out on Monday.

How are my products shipped?

Shipping is Free but any custom duty is to be paid locally by the customer.

When will my products arrive?

All of our products are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive within 5-14 working days.

Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?

Check the status of your shipment using your email address and order number on tracking page. M-Thingz does not have access to more detailed information.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship directly to all customers within the Caribbean. If your country is not listed in our distributor list, please contact us at sales@mthingz.com ,as we will be able to ship directly to your destination.

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed datasheet provided with the product. If M-Thingz determines that the product does not conform to the specifications, then we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.

I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges.  All returns must have prior authorization from M-Thingz, and be shipped back to M-Thingz within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Products must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging as originally dispatched by M-Thingz. Once the item is received by M-Thingz, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Can I return the product to M-Thingz?

All returns must have prior authorization from M-Thingz, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. Products must be shipped back to M-Thingz within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Products must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging as originally dispatched by M-Thingz.

My product was damaged on arrival. What should I do?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from any defects. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged.

Unfortunately after this period, we are unable to honor a warranty claim. If M-Thingz determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product
